AKERS DINING HALL
- Core Menu. Akers' distinct core menu
- Publisher. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, specialty sandwiches, entrée salads, homemade soups, wings and french fries
- Bamboo. Hand-rolled sushi, savory noodle dishes, stir fry, miso soup and teas
HOLMES DINING HALL
- Core Menu. White menu
- Levels. Sicillian-style pizza and made-to-order grinders
- Origins. Vegetarian entrees features soy and gluten-free items along with grilled or broiled fresh fish. Breakfast offers omelets, made-to-order eggs and sweet malted waffles
HUBBARD DINING HALL
- Core Menu. Green Menu
- Piazza. Create your own pasta or try a featured dish along with Caesar salad and a delicious bread selection. Breakfast offers fresh Belgian malted-waffles and made-to-order omelets
- Terra Salsa Verde. Nachos, tostadas, tortas and quesadillas made-to-order and served with fresh salsas, guacamole and chimichurris.
