Yes, of course! Students living off-campus or commuting to MSU can purchase a dining plan. Off-campus Dining Plans can be used in any of our 12 Residential Dining Halls, offer Combo-x-Change and a Flex Option, allowing a $7.50 cash equivalency to use at Sparty's, Union Pizzeria, Union Deli and Serrano's at One Union Square Food Court and the Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall.
Beginning Fall 2011, unused meals roll over to the next semester and no longer expire as long as your MSU ID is active.
Off-campus students have a choice of four dining plans:

- DineOn 40
